Pay in ZAR or NAD — Rand and Namibian Dollar are 1:1 pegged, so candidates from either country see the same price with no FX conversion.

What's DataFlow and why do I need it?
DataFlow is the Primary Source Verification (PSV) report required by all UAE health authorities (DOH Abu Dhabi, DHA Dubai, MOH Federal). They contact your past employers, training institutions, and licensing bodies to verify everything you claim on your CV. Without a DataFlow report, you cannot sit the CBT exam, and without the CBT, you cannot get licensed. It's not optional.
How long does the whole process take?
3–6 months is typical, start to first job offer. The fastest we've seen is 8 weeks. The slowest is 10 months, usually because of slow MOFA attestations on the candidate's side. We can't speed up DataFlow itself (that's out of everyone's hands), but we can make sure you don't lose weeks because of avoidable mistakes.
What if I fail the CBT exam?
Prometric lets you resit. The resit fee (currently around USD 200) is yours, but we'll do another prep session at no extra charge. If you fail twice we'll have a frank conversation — sometimes the right call is more clinical experience first.
Do I have to take the job you offer me?
No. Once you're licensed, you're free to apply anywhere. We only get our placement fee from employers we successfully match you with, so it's in our interest to match you well. Many candidates take our first offer; some don't, and that's fine.
What does the N$1,000 cover, and what doesn't it cover?
It covers our guidance, follow-up, document review, exam prep materials, and the partner introductions. It does NOT cover the DataFlow fee itself (≈USD 320 paid direct to DataFlow), the CBT exam fee (≈USD 200 to Prometric), MOFA attestation fees in your country, or your flights to UAE. We're transparent about every cost upfront.
I'm not from Namibia or South Africa — can I still apply?
Yes. We're starting with Southern Africa because that's where our current pipeline is strongest, but if you have an HPCSA-equivalent paramedic qualification we'll talk. Email Elias directly if you're outside the SADC region.
Refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not yet submitted DataFlow. After DataFlow submission, the fee is non-refundable — DataFlow charges are paid to a third party and we incur staff time on your file. See our terms for full detail.
Why is it only N$1,000? Sounds too cheap.
Because we earn our real money from the employer, not from you. The N$1,000 covers our admin and filters out people who aren't serious. Most credentialing agencies charge candidates two or three months' salary upfront — we think that's exploitative when there's an employer willing to pay on the other end.
Can I buy just the UIN or just the DataFlow contest?
Yes. Both are standalone. The UIN application (N$100) gets you the Unique Identification Number you need before applying for any UAE health-authority licence. The contest service (N$200) is for candidates who already have a negative or partially-verified DataFlow report and want it challenged. Neither requires you to join the full pipeline — though you can add them to it if you want.
What happens if the DataFlow contest doesn't succeed?
Sometimes a negative report is correct and no contest will change it — a qualification really wasn't verifiable, or an employer has closed and left no records. We'll tell you honestly what we think your chances are before you pay the N$200. If we don't think it's worth contesting, we'll say so rather than take the fee.
